Business Plans are designed for small to medium sized businesses or home users that have greater storage requirements and/or would like to enable multiple PCs to be backed up.  The business plans also offer a higher degree of service for your backup and restoration needs.

When you subscribe to one of the Surething Business Plans, you will receive the following levels of service:

30 day Free Trial

You are able to try the service for 30 days.  At the end of the trial period we will confirm with you how much compressed data you are backing up, and what the ongoing fee would be for the service.

High availability

The Service is available 24hrs per day – seven days a week*

Customer Support

Our service desk is available by phone during business hours and by email after hours to assist you with any problems you may have regarding the service

Active Monitoring of your data

Our Data Centre is monitored 24 hrs per day for availability, virus protection intrusion attempts and hardware operations.  All data is stored on high quality state-of-of the- disk drives, and is mirrored and then replicated to provide maximum protection of your data

Multiple Copies of your Data

While the terms mirrored and replicated may seem technical terms, these terms mean we provide you with a service that retains four copies of your data at all times.  Two at our secure data centre at Xtreme Networks (www.xtreme.co.nz).  We also maintain a replicated mirrored copy of data in our secured Surething office in Wellington for additional security and emergency assistance of our clients. 

Service Monitoring

We actively monitor your backup usage and will contact you when we see:

• No backups performed over two business days
• Errors in any backups

Free Upgrades

The product automatically checks for any upgrades and will download and install these automatically for you

Security

Encryption is used to transmit all data between your computer and our data centre over the internet. In addition, it is used to encrypt files for secure storage on our backup servers.  The service uses up to 448 bit encryption - the highest level of encryption available today.  In addition, you set the key used for the encryption of your data.

Emergency Restore Service

While you can restore your files at any time during the month to any computer, in the event that you have a major disaster, your office burns down and all your computers are destroyed, your subscription entitles you to receive one free emergency restore disk per year. In this case we would copy your backed up data to CDs, DVDs or Tapes and courier it to you
